A group of very young and dynamic people work under a flat hierarchical structure. The Store Managers report to Supervisors for each function who in turn report directly to the Function Head. The work culture is informal and fun. The entire system works as a family which includes the customers and suppliers who are associated with the Company for a long time. Year-long programs of training, grooming, knowledge sharing sessions, team building activities and other fun events are undertaken for the employees. A bunch of awards is given out every quarter.
